□ Personality: Luppi is playful, but with a spiteful and sadistic streak behind it. In one of his first appearances in the manga, he refers to Grimmjow as "Sexta-san", but then immediately says he's sorry, he meant to say "former Sexta-san". This is a pointed dig at Grimmjow's recent demotion from the number six position, made all the more cutting because Luppi has taken his place. Shortly afterward, he asks Yammy if the guy he wants to kill is the one who cut his arm off, the one who beat him up or the one who deflected his cero. He may just be curious, but it seems more likely that he is rubbing in these defeats by asking a question that is innocent on the surface.

Like many Espada, Luppi enjoys fighting, perhaps because of his violent Hollow nature. In going against the Shinigami in Karakura, he is completing the mission he was sent to do, but he appears to enjoy himself.

In a fight, he taunts and teases. When going up against Yumichika, he tries to cajole Ikkaku into joining the fight because Yumichika is obviously having trouble. He's also cocky. In his fight against the Shinigami, he asks Yammy to step back so he can take on all four of them at once. When Hitsugaya fights him one-on-one and it looks like he is defeated, Luppi then taunts him by saying he asked for four-on-one. He tells the Shinigami that they're boring when they don't put up a good enough fight and comments on Matsumoto's sexy body before threatening to poke holes in it. This threat and later ones show his sadistic side once again. The comments about her body and actions like licking his lips while taunting the Shinigami give him a slightly perverted and sexualized air that is at odds with his tiny body and young looks.

With his nature, it can be difficult to tell where you truly stand with Luppi. In a manga chapter, Ichimaru Gin comments that he's been sad since Luppi died because they used to talk. However, in an episode omake, Luppi tells Gin that he never really liked him much, with a bright, shining smile. Whichever explanation is the truth, Gin and Luppi seem a fitting, duplicitous pair that could likely cause all kinds of sneaky trouble.

Luppi is one to hold a grudge. When he is called back to Hueco Mundo before being able to truly finish his fight with the Shinigami, he tells Hitsugaya not to forget his face because he'll twist off his tiny head and crush it the next time he sees him. It seems likely that he would have done everything possible to make this threat a reality if he had not died so soon after.

In extreme situations, Luppi can lose his playful, teasing attitude and demonstrate a real temper. When they are called back to Las Noches and learn that their fight with the Shinigami was just a cover for the abduction of Orihime, he become angry and gives Aizen a look of pure hatred. In addition, the fact that Luppi argued with Aizen at all on the issue and gave him that dirty look shows that he is not the perfect Espada soldier along the lines of someone like Ulquiorra. Immediately afterwards, when Aizen orders Orihime to heal Grimmjow's arm, Luppi is extremely skeptical and yells out threats to her about killing her if she's lying about her abilities. His cockiness emerges once again with his disbelief that a human could have such powers. He dies cursing Grimmjow.
□ Age: Unknown, but looks to be in his late teens, perhaps? In apping at other sex-based games, I have never considered him a character that needs to be aged up.

□ Abilities/Powers: Luppi has strong reiatsu, or spiritual pressure. He briefly held the number six position amongst the Espada, meaning he was considered the sixth most powerful in his entire species. Although not all are demonstrated in canon, he likely possesses all of the general powers of the Arrancar. This includes: hierro, a super-tough skin; sonido, the ability to move at an extremely fast speed; bala, a method of firing reiatsu like a bullet; and cero, a laser blast generated by an Arrancar's body.

Like all Arrancar, Luppi has a zanpakutou. His is called Trepadora and he releases it with the cry, "Strangle Trepadora." In his Resurrección, or release, form the sword becomes eight tentacles emerging from a hub of bone on his back. The bone shell also extends across his chest and over his head for additional protection.

Submitted Powers Plan:
Level 1: Human norm.
Level 2: Human norm.
Level 3: Increase in strength, stamina, and ability to recover from injury - maybe 25% of standard. There would be a similar increase in his reiatsu, or spiritual energy, for characters who would be sensitive to that, and he could get a faint sense of others with similar powers. Occasionally able to manage a second or two of sonido, an Arrancar's ability to move at a super-fast speed.
Level 4: 50% return of basic strength and reiatsu. Full return of sonido. Characters in Bleach also have this ability to stand in the middle of the air by manipulating reishi, or spirit particles, to create a surface to stand on - full return of this ability. Although for both, more likely to get tired out from performing them.
Level 5: 75% return of basic strength and reiatsu. Ability to use Cero and Bala returns. These are both techniques which allow Arrancar to concentrate the energy of their reiatsu into an attack. Cero is a more powerful and wide-ranging attack, while Bala means "bullet" and comes in the form of shorter, quicker blasts. (Maybe gifs would be helpful? Cero and Bala) Like his newly returned powers at Level 4, these would be more likely to tire him out, or sometimes not generate at full power. (Although he really wouldn't have a chance to use them anyway, unless he goes out into the desert just for fun.)
Level 6: Remaining limitations lifted, and he gains the ability to use his resurección form
